1995: BritBike starts as one of the absolute first motorcycle
websites for British bikes. It was dedicated to BSA and was named
BSA PitStop.
August 1996: The first online forum was launched BSA Bulletin Board
and British Motorcycle Forum. A while later the domain Britbike.com
was registered and the forum was renamed to BritBike Forum. BritBike
was the first and largest forum online dedicated to vintage British
bikes.
BritBike Forum members started early several projects. Here are some
of the members who came together at Vintage Motorcycle days in
Mid-Ohio. For this year 2003 they sponsored BritBike's admin to come
over from Sweden. Several bikes were available for admin to ride,
there was lodging, food, drinks and the best time ever together with
fellow Britbikers.
Happy Days indeed!
