Purple is the official colour of a local Aussie rules football club - The Fremantle Dockers. Every season they have purple haze day games and raise money for The Starlight Foundation. An organization that raises funds for sick kids.

I hope Anna is ok and makes a speedy recovery. Kids don't deserve this.

To All Friends.

There has been a donation account set up for Anna Mott
and The Mott family.

It is active and ready to receive donations. You can deposit funds via wire, direct deposit, or postal services.

Donations are being accepted at any Wells Fargo Bank.

The Atlanta Ga. address is
Wells Fargo
979 Virginia Ave. NE
Atlanta, Ga. 30306.

Please include with funds the title name, routing number, and account number.

The Anna Mott Donation Trust
routing # 061000227
account # 2350225732

If you have any difficulties feel free to contact Lauren Ben-Egypt at Wells Fargo Bank in Atlanta Ga. at 404-348-1271

Folks.....David has never asked us (bb.com) for anything...he's always given his time freely (he's the banjo player you see at places like the TSMR, Mid Ohio and BIBR. I'm sending a donation tomorrow in the name of bb.com and I'm asking you, if you can, to do the same.

It's already been said....kids shouldn't have to go through this.....and neither should the family.

Folks...I have tried off and on all day to get a paypal donation button set up in this thread but it won't work and I don't think it'd fair to ask Morgan to put one on the site?????? so...

I'm starting a paypal fund for Anna in BritBike.com's name. I'll keep it up for a couple of weeks and see how it goes. Good thing is....all you have to do is go to paypal and send your donation to [email protected]. If you send it as a gift....paypal doesn't take any fees out of it.

If you have any questions PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected], PM or 336-977-3658

Bad thing is......you'll have to trust me to get the money transfered to Anna's fund. For those of you that know me, that shouldn't be a problem....for those of you that don't, I understand completely if you don't want to do it this way....if you want to donate just do it directly to the trust.

I've set a goal of $1000 and as today Sept 26, 2012 we have $100 in the kitty.

I will update this post as we get donations.

I'm asking please....give what you can, $5 can add up quickly. I'll keep a list of those who donate and be sure Anna get that list.

Those of you that are attending the OSMR...be forwarned...I'm passing the purple hat. smile

Total as of 10/10/12 $1000 WE MADE IT!!!!!!!

WOW....best photo yet!

Folks there are three (3) ways to donate.....PM David in Atlanta for a T-Shirt, donate directly to the Wells Fargo fund (see info above in another post) or paypal [email protected]

There's been a few that have stepped up and I'm happy about that.....but we still have a LONG way to go to reach our goal....so HELP. Come on fellows....dig up some of that moldy money out of those coffee cans burried in the back yard and let's show this family what we can do as a group....we've done it before we can do it again.

I'm going to be off line for three days and when I get back from the OSMR I want to be covered up with paypal's "you got money"......don't make me have to come after you. smile

Don't think those poor souls at the OSMR will get away easy....I'll be right there in front of them with my hand out...I'm not to proud to beg.

Step up.....I know you can.

Take care.....Anna's friends at Britbike.com

Naw....I think this will work and Anna and her family can keep an eye on it if and when they get a chance.

I'm updating the total and names of Anna's bb.com friends. It's going slow right now...but still going. Maybe soon I can take the double spaces out of the list laughing

I'm headed to the OSMR (One State Mountain Ride) and will be outa touch for a couple of days (I think?).....when I get back I'll start beating the bushes...I have faith we can make our goal.

Take care and BE STRONG ANNA.......your friends at bb.com

But I have to ask, "WHO'S FLOYD?"

We need some Deep Purple music

Thanks to the riders at the OSMR we're over $300....and I can finally do away with the double spacing on the donor's list. blush

Still a bit slow out there and I know there's plenty of you that have $5 to spare....AND have sat around and listened to David's banjo playing....so where are you now?

I'm hoping your buying up T-shirts and direct depositing to the fund....that's the only excuse I can think of why we haven't heard from you yet. smile

THANK YOU to the OSMR (One State Mountain Ride) riders... :bigt Sending Anna some purple luv.

David....that photo breaks my heart. I'm glad I'm sitting here alone....that poor baby...... it just isn't fair.

I want to send you the money we've already raised....PM me with which way will work best for you.

I'm going to keep it going as long as she's in the hospital...no matter how long that is.

We haven't heard from A LOT of people and it worries me.....$5 is chump change for most of them??????

I thought I knew this group better.....but I still have faith they'll come through for her and her family.

Emails are starting today......you can run but you can't hide...time to step up.
